I love God, my husband was my high school sweet heart, and still is today. I’m a proud mother of the four most wonderful, sweetest, and cutest kids in the world! In addition, I am a mental health counselor. I love to write! I write from the most honest places within my heart and pray my experiences are able to help and encourage others on their journey through life.

Crystal Ridlon

Crystal was raised in a dysfunctional home, in which she endured years of pain, trauma, and heartache. At the age of 15, her life changed when she was invited to attend church and accepted Christ as her personal Lord & Savior. The hope she’s found in her relationship with Jesus Christ, was the catalyst to her finding true healing over the pain and brokenness from her past. Today, the Lord continues to use her healing and understanding of brokenness, to help lead others into true healing. The key to living a “Victorious Life” is an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ!

“The Flame Within Me” is a blog where I write about the lessons God teaches me, his love for me, and my heart for ministry.
